I was born in Montreal, lived in Quebec, the Laurentians, Lanaudière, Laval, Montérégie then Terrebonne (Lachenaie) since 2009; I completed my college in Laval and Montreal, moving as no secrets for me.  Up to now I've moved over 30 times, owned five houses and a couple of lands,  I clearly understand the stress and emotions that my clients are experiencing.

Before real estate...
Studying computer science in 1991, I subsequently worked successfully in retail and won numerous sales and management awards including the largest increase in controllable net profit in Canada on 800 corporate stores in 1997.  I then evolved into a national telecommunication firm for which I assumed several front-line and supervisory positions, ending up as manager within a marketing team supervising the sales performance of several thousand agents across Quebec and the Atlantic region.

Returning to college in 2007, a good transition plan to self-employment (did you know? That's what we are as brokers) and my new career was launched in 2008. Through the years I perfected my skills with close to a hundred of continuing courses, such as with York University in advanced business management or with Héritage Montréal on how to renovate old architecture just to name these two.  I am also the owner of two trademarks allowing me to stand out in a niche and specific market and also to offer an exclusive, value-added product to my customers with Radio Habitation (R) as an example.

Outside real estate?
I am passionate about music: a true music lover!  I have a good collection of vinyl records, I also like singing, I am very interested in history, languages, I like psychology (I have a good ear!), I love camping and travel of all kinds.  I am also the proud father of a grown-up daughter with a bachelor's degree in animation,  I am married to the person with whom I danced my first "slow" in the 80s, in short, just like you, I am simply ... human.
